This program is designed to help team members work better together to accomplish team goals, grow professionally and achieve personal satisfaction.  It will be customized to meet the specific needs of the client and participants.  Those needs are determined through a survey completed by team members and/or a pre-presentation consultation with the team leader.

• Employee surveys to provide insights into the thinking and concerns of staff members.

Donna Satchell specializes in helping businesses better serve their customers and helping business teams work better together.  Known for her engaging and motivating style of training, Ms. Satchell has worked in various markets including government, small business, corporate, non-profit and school systems.
